DEPOSIT POLICIES
•Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
•If you cancel or no-show for whatever reason, the deposit will be forfeited.
•If you need to reschedule, I require 5 days notice to have your deposit transferred to a future appointment. Anything less than 5 days will result in forfeited deposit. Only one reschedule is allowed. A second reschedule will result in forfeited deposit and a new deposit will be required to re-book.
•During the months of Oct-Dec reschedules will not be permitted regardless of notice. Please understand these spots are VERY difficult to fill during the holidays. You will be required to submit a new deposit if you are rescheduling during Oct-Dec.
•Please bring a valid form of government-issued identification. If you arrive to your appointment without proper identification, you will not be tattooed and your deposit will be forfeited.
•Deposits are valid for 3 months. If not redeemed within 3 months a new deposit is required.
•Deposit will be honored towards the agreed design/size and price discussed prior to booking. •No major last minute changes to design. Please give at least 5 days notice if making changes to the design/placement/size to see if I can accommodate your request. If no agreement is made, the deposit will be forfeited.
*Upon paying a deposit I agree to all deposit/shop policies and acknowledge that I have communicated my tattoo design idea to the artist to my satisfaction, and have reviewed the artist’s prior works to decide that the artist can implement my idea to my satisfaction. For custom work, I understand that creating a tattoo design based on a client’s concept is subjective, and that variations may exist between my concept and the finished design. If the finished design is not to my liking, minor changes can be made at the artist’s discretion. However, I understand that substantial changes to the design or the request of an entirely new drawing will require a new deposit and possibly a new appointment, and the original deposit will be forfeited as payment for the artist’s drawing time.
•Touch-up Policy: I offer free touch-ups within 3 months of getting a tattoo. I will not do a touch-up until the tattoo is fully healed (usually a month). These appointments are usually quick (15-20 minutes). I do not offer free touchups for work that was not properly taken care of during the initial healing process. It is also not an on-going service to keep your tattoo looking “fresh”. If it has been longer than 3 months there will be a charge of $50+, depending upon the size of the tattoo and the amount of work that requires to be done.
